 After spending years working in the HVAC and building services industry, I saw firsthand that there was a better way to serve customers. Too often, I encountered a lack of discipline, poor communication, rushed workmanship, and companies focused more on sales than long-term reliability. Those experiences pushed us to think about what was most important and what our own “One True North” should be.  We built One True North HVAC and Building Services around the values we believe matter most: integrity, honesty, accountability, and crystal-clear communication. Our goal is to simply provide dependable service that delivers real value to customers while helping maintain reliable, efficient building systems people can count on. 

 With over 30 years of industry experience, we approach every project with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. Whether it’s a residential repair, commercial maintenance, or a larger system project, we believe customers deserve straightforward answers, quality workmanship, and service done the right way. 

These are just a few of the yellow Labradors our family has rescued over the years. Each one holds a special place in our hearts and reminds us why supporting animals in need is so important to us.

We believe a successful business should make a positive impact on the community it serves. Through our True Care program, we are committed to supporting local animal shelters and rescue organizations by donating our time, experience, and resources to help care for the facilities they depend on.
